1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ChurchSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
ChurchSearch provides a platform for discovering and moderating church information. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Church Listings & Moderation
- Administrators who claim a church listing must be authorized representatives of that church.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- ChurchSearch reserves the right to remove any content or listings that violate our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChurchSearch and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChurchSearch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
ChurchSearch may limit, remove, or restore listing content based on moderation review, including reports of fraud, impersonation, harmful abuse, or materially inaccurate information. We aim to apply standards consistently.
7. Appeals and Reinstatement (Placeholder)
If your claimed listing is taken down or restricted, you may appeal by providing corrective evidence. A different moderator reviews appeals when possible.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date and may be communicated in-app when appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChurchSearch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
